I watched my father play and decided to give it a go. My grandfather also persuaded me to have a go

1989 when I was 13

Who is your greatest influence in bowls:
Aside from my family, Neville Day played a big part early in my career. Later guys like Steve Glasson and Wayne Turley who always gave me support and advice when I needed it.

Best player you have competed against and why:
Steve Glasson because of his attitude and professionalism. As well as being so damn good

Aspirations beyond bowls:
To enjoy life to the fullest. Hopefully get to see the world.
